1. Data controller and data protection officer
Co-Gaming Limited determines the purposes and means of the processing of your personal data and is therefore the data controller in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).

Furthermore, we may share personal data if we enter any kind of merger, acquisition or business sale, as customers’ personal data generally is included in the sale or transfer. 5.3. Surveys and competitions
